Return Policy

At The Voice of Embakasi, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our audience and contestants. Please review our policy regarding ticket purchases and contributions: All Sales are Final: Tickets purchased for "The Voice of Embakasi: Finals" are non-refundable. This includes instances of "no-shows" or changes in personal schedules. Event Postponement: In the event that the competition is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, a full refund (minus any third-party processing fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Contestant Changes: As this is a live competition, the lineup is subject to the rules of the franchise. Refunds will not be issued based on changes to the contestant roster.
